By using DealSheets.ai, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old or acting on behalf of a business entity.
• Have the authority to use and upload the files you submit.
• Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the platform.

3. Ownership of Content

You retain full ownership of all documents, financial data, and files you upload.

DealSheets.ai does not claim any rights to your data and does not use it for any purpose other than real-time processing and file generation.

All intellectual property associated with DealSheets.ai, including its software, models, interface, and branding, remains the exclusive property of DealSheets.ai.

4. Permitted Use

You may use DealSheets.ai for lawful business purposes, including financial analysis, diligence, and reporting.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that you do not have the right to share or process.
• Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or modify the service.
• Interfere with the platform's security or infrastructure.

5. Accuracy and Limitations

DealSheets.ai uses deterministic extraction methods and validation routines to ensure accuracy, but no automated process can guarantee 100% correctness.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it for analysis or reporting.

The service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all uploaded files as confidential.

Uploaded PDFs and generated Excel files are automatically deleted after processing and are not retained or shared.

Our team cannot access your files unless you explicitly send them through the contact form for review.

7. Payment and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise stated in writing.

Usage-based or enterprise plans are billed according to the pricing outlined on the website or your specific agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealSheets.ai and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service during the six months preceding the claim.
